PEP GUARDIOLA THE COACH OF GERARD PIQUÉ

Pep Guardiola is the coach of Barça team.

Is a Spanish football manager and former player. Guardiola played as a defensive midfielder and spent the majority of his playing career with Barcelona, whom he currently manages.

On 8 May 2008, Barcelona president Joan Laporta announced that Guardiola would succeed Frank Rijkaard as the first team manager.
In his first season as manager, Barcelona won the treble of La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the Champions League. In doing so, Guardiola became the youngest UEFA Champions League winning manager ever. The following season, Guardiola and Barcelona won the Supercopa de España against Athletic Club Bilbao, the UEFA Super Cup against Shakhtar Donetsk, and the FIFA Club World Cup against Estudiantes, bringing the manager's tally to a perfect six trophies in six competitions.

ALIGNMENT BARÇA TEAM

The Catalan is a big defender. His Height is 1.92m tall and he weighing 85 kg. His physical size and good technical ability make him strong in the air. He also knows how to put these qualities to use in attack, especially from dead ball situations. Apart from centre-half, Piqué can also play in front of the back four, as he showed during his time with Real Zaragoza.

In the 2009-2010 season Gerard Piqué scored two goals in the first division League but could not make any in the Champions League.
He also scored a goal in the World and another in friendly matches international, these two goals are scored with the Spanish Shirts.
With the season he played 15 games as a starter.

Today I publish a video. This video is when Gerard Piqué was scored a goal in the classic, in Real Madrid. This goal made history because he scored in Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. With his position is very dificult to score a goal because he is playing in centre back.
